DECLARATION
1.
On the basis of Appendix I and II as
given in prospectus 2007-2008, my claim for marks will be awarded
subject to the verification of certificates and verification of my
claim by admission committee.
2.
It is further stated and
undertaken that the sports merit certificates produced by me for
claiming the sports proficiency awards for determination for merit for
admission to Master of Physical Education/B.P.Ed./B.Sc.(P.E., H.E. &
S.) are true in intent and contents.
3.
That I further undertake
that if at any stage, these Certificates are found to be incorrect,
forged or false, I shall be held responsible and all the benefits
including grant of admission award of degree/diploma for the aforesaid
degree/diploma course shall be forfeited on account of the
information/certificates so furnished by me to the Admission Committee
or the College Authorities of the IGIPESS, Block-B, Vikas Puri, New
Delhi-110 018, or Delhi University for getting the admission to the
said course, I fully understand that the College/University
Authorities are empowered to initiate appropriate legal proceedings
against me in this regard.
VERIFICATION:
I, the above named claimant do hereby
verify that the facts/contents dated above are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed
therefrom.
